Investment Fund Breaks the £25m mark!

 

Recent weeks have seen an increased number of investments approved from the Scottish Investment Fund as it’s delivery continues at pace.

 

More recently approved investments include £495,000 for Impact Arts, to assist with asset purchase and a strategic expansion, and £100,000 to the Loanhead Community Learning Centre as the final piece of their fundraising jigsaw, for the expansion of their community facilities. £100,000 has also been approved for the Gairloch and Loch Ewe Action forum for a similar project in the Highlands.

 

Although the fund remains open to new applications, what investment capital remains continues to be allocated to those proposals where fully investment ready business plans have been submitted as part of the application process. If your organisation is still planning to make an application for investment from the fund then you are encouraged to do so as soon as possible so as not to miss out.

 

Priority will be given to organisations that are deemed to be fully investment ready and have complimentary finance agreed and in place.
