Phase 2 of the Scottish Investment Fund is now open
Following a successful three year investment period from 2008 to 2011 with 28.8m invested in the period, a further £3m of investment capital has been made available by the Scottish Government.
By providing a mix of strategic investment and loan funding SIF aims to help Third Sector Organisations wanting to make a transformational step change in capacity, capability and financial sustainability. For Phase Two of the Scottish Investment Fund we are particularly interested in investments in new, innovative and pioneering models of social enterprise.
If your organisation is planning to make an application for investment from the fund then you are encouraged to do so as soon as possible so as not to miss out - the fund closes for applications on 14th October 2011.
